It's TURN THE PAGE week over on the Pink Paislee blog! This fourth was designed around our big move from Germany back to the United States (think: changes!) and I wanted to document our move on a layout.
I made a start-to-finish process video so you can see exactly how this layout came together:
The design for this layout is basic and easy: it's a grid! I used a combination of Washi Tape, Ribbon, and the barcode strips to create the dividers for the 4x4 grid.

Then I started filling in all the spaces with photos and embellishments. I wanted to include little bits from as many of the products in Turn the Page as I could so I added a Pennant Paper Clip, one of the little quotes from the 2x2 Paper Pad, Chipboard Stickers, transparency and mini alphabet stickers from the Sticker Book, Puffy Stickers, Wood Veneer, Sequins, and Thickers. I even snuck in some stamping from the Layerable Stamp Set (in three places to create a visual triangle!).
I stamped the date on one of the tiny tabs found in the Journaling Spots pack and added it to the white space of a photo. I left one of the spaces empty except for "BYE" letter stickers sewn in place so I could write my journaling.
I hope you are as excited as I am about the release of Turn the Page!! It starts shipping to stores this week!
Love this design -so simple and yet so effective. A great advert for your new Collection-can't wait to work with it myself!
