Go the Scenic Route MemoryDex Cards

I filled up my Pink Paislee MemoryDex Box so I bought a new box on Etsy so I can continue on creating three MemoryDex cards with each of my scrapbooking collections!

 Here are my three MemoryDex cards using Go the Scenic Route:

 For this first MemoryDex card I die cut my Folk Art Flower Vase cut file to just about 5" high from white cardstock and then I backed it with all the colors from Paper 21. To embellish I added Enamel Dots here and there, a red heart Chipboard Sticker and then layered a photo and logo on the left side.

 The second MemoryDex card is a traditional envelope cut from Paper 23 and then I machine stitched around the edges to add texture. I attached three Charms with jump rings through an eyelet on the corner. On the front I layered a flower Chipboard Sticker over two Floral Die Cuts.

 Inside the envelope I've tucked a lot of journaling cards from the Ephemera Die Cuts on which I've added photos and details about this collection. The description of Go the Scenic Route stretches across three cards so I've labeled them 1-2-3 using the colorful Foam Thickers. 

 The last MemoryDex card is probably my favorite just because I love hand stitching so much :) I trimmed a section of the floral B-side Paper 18 and went to town embroidering with matching colored DMC thread. I use all six strands when I'm stitching to create the ultimate amount of depth and texture. It took about 8 hours to stitch this 4x6ish" section. I simply clipped on a Flag Paperclip at the top to embellish because I didn't want to cover any of it up.

 Here is another look at the first three MemoryDex cards using Go the Scenic Route in this new box that will be filled stories of my signature scrapbook collections with American Crafts!
