I don't know why but this year I am so excited for Halloween. I'm not expecting any trick-or-treaters (refer to the story about 1/3 down from this post) but there's nothing wrong with decorating for myself. I've been cutting out scary shapes from black felt, I've purchased some terracotta pots to paint like candy corn, got some glow-in-the-dark paint to paint rocks, etc. There aren't enough hours in the day to make everything I want to. To kick off the first day of October, here is a little something Alisha found for me on the Paper Source website.
You'll need to buy or make your own white pyramid cone base. Then print this template below and trace the bottom section onto yellow cardstock and the middle section onto orange cardstock.
Cut the pieces out along the solid line, fold on the dotted lines, wrap around the white cone and secure the ends and you're done! You can even fill the pyramid with candy corn and use as a centerpiece or give as a party favor. Fun and easy!
