The One with Blurry Pictures

Saturday, May 23, 2009

I think anything (maybe not anything, but, lots of things), even blurry pictures, can look good if repeated and made into a set.

For example. I found these pictures by Cheryl Maeder on gardenhousedecor.net
She says she was inspired by a trip to the Mediterranean coastal towns of Spain and that by photographing in an impressionistic style the viewer is forced to see colors, form, light, and emotion. As a single photo, I'm not sure how strong it would be. But as a set, I think they're lovely. The following pictures were taken by Cheryl Maeder along the Southeast coast of Florida.
