I know I'm a broken record but we're back home now and life is sooooooo much different without my silly bird! He was EVERYWHERE. He was such a part of our lives! Chris buried him next to Frank Jr. as soon as we got home. I couldn't watch.
My soon-to-be-sister-in-law Tanya (who just started a blog and I LOVE it! Check it out HERE) just sent me a video of Jadis and I can't stop laughing and crying over it. She and my brother Eric came out here last December for a few days so he could propose to her but Fox was in the hospital so they had to take care of our pets, including Jadis. This is Eric and Tanya's attempt to put Jadis in his cage so they could use the facilities.
Sorry for such depressing posts lately! I'll get back in the swing of things soon. Time heals all wounds. I'm counting on that.
I'm so sorry for you guys Paige! My heart goes out to you...we just lost our 12 year old black lab last week so I know how you are feeling. Pets, no matter what form they come in are so special to us! Hugs to you all!

ReplyDeleteAnother thing that helps Paige, is getting a new pet to fill that void. Helps a ton to concentrate on something else, than being so sad. Hopefully you find peace soon! I feel for you.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great video. You can totally count on feeling better someday. Don't beat yourself up if it takes a long time, though. I still miss Sneakers terribly!
