We have decided that going to Disneyland is more fun with Fox than without Fox, even though we can't ride on all the adrenaline pumping roller coasters with Fox, he still makes the experience more fun. That's our story and we're stickin' to it.
We had big plans to be at Disneyland from open to close yesterday and go on all the rides together that we haven't been on in 17 months since I got pregnant. We dropped Joey off at doggy daycare, dropped Fox off at baby daycare (aka the Bybees - thank you sooooooo much Erica and Blake!) then made our way to the happiest place on earth.
At Disneyworld on our honeymoon 4 years ago.
And they said it wouldn't last :) Here we are still livin' it up Disney-style.
Our first stop was City Hall so we could get some Happy Anniversary badges. While waiting in line I saw this sign and liked it.
Zoomed in on the pretty hand drawn title.
Next order of business: Indiana Jones. The stand by line said 15 minutes so we went for it. It was more like a half hour, but totally worth it. Indy is awesome.
For a Tuesday in mid-May it was super duper pooper crowded. Chris overheard someone ask a cast member why it was so busy and he said he didn't know but it was unusual. Meh. We went on Big Thunder Mountain (fun!) and next stop was the Matterhorn but the line pretty much wrapped around the entire park! Forget that. So instead we waited in line for Space Mountain. The lady in front of us must have been at least 60 years old! We were afraid she was going to fall apart or something on all the bumps and turns, but from the picture it looks like she was having a good time.
I really wanted to get a jumping pic in front of the this "Off the PAGE" store.
Fail.
Looooove/Haaaaate the Hollywood Tower of Terror! I hate the feeling of falling, so why do I subject myself to it? The answer is unknown.
Inside the Hotel.
The view from the top before we were dropped. And then dropped again. And again and again and again!
Love it. Hate it.
Then we went on California Screamin'. Do we look creepy or what?
Throughout the day Erica and Blake kept sending us picture texts of Fox, making us miss him more than ever. I mean, come on, how you could not miss this thing?
After only 4.5 hours of the 10 hours we allotted ourselves at the park we decided we were tired and missed our boy so we left. We did what we wanted to do and had our fun!
We were so excited when we walked into the Bybee's apartment to get our Fox and see his reaction and how did he greet us? He started BAWLING! HAHA! What a funny kid.
Anyways, enough of the Disneyland posts!
There's no such thing as too many Disneyland posts. I want to go to Disneyland again!
