Sunday morning we went to church.
Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Fox lasted for a half hour before he became so loud and rambunctious I had to take him out. Babies :)
After church we drove up to Waimea Canyon.
It's like the Grand Canyon of Hawaii.
My sistah.
My 'rents.
My family.
The entire party, left to right: Grandpa Ted, Grandma Doris, Malm, Allie, Dald, me, Fox, Chris, Aunt Katy, Uncle Steve.
Oh Fox. You're so cute.
Looking out to The Forbidden Island...
We took the roof off the rental jeep for the drive home so the wind was blowing through Fox's hair.
We like saying "Po'ipu" and things that rhyme with it and making fun alliterations. Po po at the Po'ipu! Fox made a poo poo in Po'ipu! And such.
I don't have pictures of anything between coming home after the drive and sunset so I guess we just hung out at the hotel and relaxed! That's what vacations are for. At sunset we walked down to the beach.
Fox riding on Daddy's shoulders.
I like this unique family portrait.
Allie on the lava rocks.
A fun mixture and variety of rocks and coral.
My malm in the sunset.
Waves crashing against the rocks.
Comparing the colors of our feet. My feet are the only part of my body that really sees sun.
I see the moon and the moon sees me!
The most perfect sunset to end the most perfect day.
And that was day two in Kauai!
I had no idea you were posting about Kauai too! LOVE LOVE LOVE these posts :)
ReplyDeleteWindswept Fox is sure cute!
ReplyDeleteOh my I am so jealous! I often have dreams of Puka Dogs. If I had my own food truck thats exactly what I would sell along with some shaved ice!
ReplyDeleteCould Fox be any cuter? I keep getting bombarded by friends asking me to vote for their baby to win the Gerber baby contest, but I'm like, dude your kid is not as cute as you think he is. But Fox, I'm telling you he would win hands down.
I think your tanned feet are sooo funny!
ReplyDeleteThat was a fun day, wasn't it? Fox is such a trooper for letting you schlep him around everywhere!
