Nothing special, but it's the everyday moments like this that make life worth living :)

Shortly after 11:11 I left to go teach at the Craft Beach Retreat in Santa Monica. It was a perfect day when I arrived.

The event was right on the beach at the Annenberg Community Beach House.

Every seat in the class looked out the window onto the beautiful beach.

VIP!

I love the feeling of sand between my toes.
Photobucket
Ready to get my teach on!

Ly T. Le was finishing up her amazing class when I arrived. Isn't this altered tray incredible? I want to make one.

Some close up shots of all the little charms and embellies involved in the tray.

Product galore!

Lunch is served!

At 1pm my class began. The women were all so nice and involved and talented - I loved when they did things their own way.
Photobucket
Paper and ribbon weaving!
Photobucket
This wasn't posed at all... okay, it totally was.

The participants crafting away!

Over the course of my class the clouds rolled in and it started raining a little bit. I loved the cloud formations and all the different colors of them.

Thanks for coming out to take my class Joanne!

I couldn't leave without walking along the boardwalk and taking all the scenery in.

The class was a success. I hope to teach more in the future cuz I had a blast!

  1. More fabulous pictures! Love Fox's big grin and the picture with all the palm trees is so "California" to me. One day I'll get out there...
