I was so excited for my big ultrasound today to get a 100% girl or boy, but they best they could say was, "It's most likely a girl." I'm about thiiiiiis close to going to one of those ultrasound places so I can get a definite answer! I'm just going to assume it's a girl though and start scouring the sales :)

Here's baby Jane's cute little profile and side view:

We love her so much already and are excited to bring her sweet spirit into this world!

  1. That's exciting and slightly irritating! We went to a fetal studio at about 14 weeks and they found out it was a boy without a doubt (granted boys are generally easier to detect) but I would highly recommend those places, they're great!

I love the name Jane, so beautiful!

  2. Cute picture, Jane. Nick scared me so much, we asked the tech a million times about Evelynd being a girl. Then we asked the OB about the pictures and had him recheck every time we were there. They were always sure with us, but I couldn't forget that I was once supposed to have a sister. Jane or Clark -- either way we'll love it.

I said "Looks like its a boy" and then she said "Seems to be" ha ha ha I stressed for the rest of the pregnancy as I had went and brought all blue things!! ha ha ha Fingers crossed that you will have a darling little girl!!

  13. Oh Paige, I am so excited for you all, a girl will be such a nice addition to your family, having one of each is such a blessing! When I was preg with my daughter, they told me the same thing, it's "probably" a girl, they didn't see any signs of a boy, so they said 60% chance it's a girl...I was convinced they were wrong because I wanted a girl so badly...then she was born, I was shocked...now I have two boys and my sweetie girl...congrats to you!!

  16. Congrats! I would say its safe to say its a Jane. Last time I was pregnant, the tech wasn't too sure if it was a boy or not. We planned for a boy and our beautiful boy was born a few weeks before your Mr Fox.
Hopefully they can give me a for sure with the next. Although I'm sure I'm going to have another boy.

  20. That's all we got with Reese too... she was just never in a good position so they always said... Oh, probably a girl. I hated not knowing 100% and Brad wouldn't let me pay to go get another ultrasound :)

  24. I couldn't wait for my big ultrasound at 18 wks so we went to one of those ultrasound places and paid $25 to see if we could find out. She told us we were having a girl and then at 18 weeks it was confirmed :) we went to a place in Costa Mesa...I know it's kind of far for you but let me know if you want the info! She seemed pretty certain and she was right! ;)

This might be weird since we don't "know" each other, but I have some baby girl clothes you can have. I already have 2 girls (2 years & 6 months) so would be happy to help you start out that adorable collection. Just shoot me an e-mail if you want them!

  26. WooHoo!!!! Girls are such a different ride than boys, but oh so fun! And if they haven't seen the turtle head yet, its most likely that it won't ever be there :) I was absolutely sure I was having another boy. But it was a girl! and I couldn't fully accept it until she was born. Either way, CONGRATULATIONS! I hope your feeling better and find lots of great treasures for baby Jane!
