DANDELIONS

Journaling says: Fox's latest fascination is dandelions! He picks every one he sees and pulls it apart or eats it...

How to: Adhere a silver woodgrain transparency background on a brown cardstock background. Trim off the bottom of aqua/white doily paper and set it across the bottom. Add two black & white photos to the middle. Trim patterned papers, transparencies, and ribbons into different widths and lengths, fold each piece in half, and secure with adhesive. Stitch across the transparency tabs to secure them for good. Layer the tabs across the top of the photos, going up until you get to the top edge of the layout. Stitch across the top edge of the layout. Tuck a few more pieces under the photos. Make a title, embellish with stickers, add some hand stitching, and more until it's complete!

Supplies: Patterned paper, patterned transparencies, stickers (bird, branch, fleur de lis, journaling spots, labels), washi tape, dandelion rub on: Hambly; Cardstock, chipboard letters, ribbon, pen, adhesive: American Crafts; Floss: DMC; Sewing machine: Brother; Thread: Coats & Clark
