Hold the phone, I actually scrapbooked?!? And stuff I can even share?!?! What is the world coming to?
Normally I don't particularly like "themed" lines, but the new Shoreline collection from American Crafts has colors that just speak to me!
AND I had the perfect photos to go along with them. Win win! So, I whipped up these layouts this morning and I still feel inspired to make more projects with this line!

TOMMY BAHAMA BABIES
Journaling says: Completely unplanned and unintentional, we all came to the beach with different colored Tommy Bahama chairs and unknowingly set them up in this perfect configuration. I think this candid photo should be on their next ad campaign!
How to: Drop white spray mist across a coral cardstock background. Cut triangles (six from each chosen patterned paper) and arrange them in hexagons across the page. I LOVE that they look like umbrella tops - perfect for the beach! Hand stitch across a few of the hexagons and stitch an additional hexagon for journaling in. Place a flower sticker on three of the hexagons. Add a photo with a letter stickers/Thickers title on top. Stamp a few waves here and there.
Supplies: Cardstock, patterned paper, stickers (flowers, letters), wave stamp, ink pen, pen, adhesive: American Crafts; Spray mist: Studio Calico; Floss: DMC

FUN IN THE SUN
Journaling says: This was Fox's first time at the beach since he started having opinions of his own. At first he really didn't like touching the sand or having it all over him, but it didn't take long for him to find some toys to distract him from being "messy." Then he was loving it! Our very own little beach bum :)
How to: Drop white mist across a dark navy cardstock background. Place a double photo on the bottom right side and trace three concentric circles around it (I used a bowl and two different sized plates as templates). Punch pinked circles (four from each chosen patterned paper) and lightly adhere the layers together then onto the page over the circles. Stitch over the circles and punches using white thread. Top a few of the circles with a sequin. Add a title using Thickers and letter stickers and journal on three of the circles. Place a couple of label stickers and a flower sticker on the bottom right corner, trim the excess, and call it good!
Supplies: Cardstock, patterned paper, stickers (flower, labels, letters), pen, adhesive: American Crafts; Sequins: Craft supply; Pinked circle punch: Martha Stewart Crafts; Sewing machine: Brother; Thread: Coats & Clark
