The One with Outnumbered

When a friend texts you early in the morning and says, "Let's go to Disneyland!" it's nearly impossible to refuse. Especially since we'll only be able to take advantage until January when our passes expire. We're still considering whether or not to renew - January through May are the best months to go. But if we're not around to use them May through January '14 is it worth it?... We shall see. Anyway. So yes, we went to Disneyland again today, this time with a bunch of other mommies. We were outnumbered 11 kids to 5 adults. We always attract a lot of stares - how could we not when we roll like dis:

He kept saying, "Horses. Horses. Horses." the entire ride!

I'm trying to camouflage into the tree. Gotta do what you gotta do to get your baby fed and happy!

Speaking of being outnumbered, Fox and Cole were definitely outnumbered! They get their pick of the ladies.

  3. You are such a good Mom. 2 kids to DL?! You go girl! I guess with the passes, you go often enough to not be too overwhelming. Fox is too cute with all those girls!

  4. I have to ask, why did you put the blanket over your head? I can imagine it got really hot, really fast. I can make you a nursing cover if you need one :)

  5. I forgot the blanket I usually nurse under and borrowed this fleece one from my friend (and yes, it did get super hot!), but even then I put the blanket over my head as I'm getting "situated." I've been meaning to buy a nursing cover cuz it's such a hassel and Fox almost pulled it off of me as I was nursing! Would you have time to make me one?!? That would be sooo awesome! I'll pay you for it!

  6. The first photo reminds me of myself, although we live in Orlando, about five years ago. I think we spent a couple days a week just with friends and the kiddos. Love these moments!

  9. It must be so much fun to be able to go to Disneyland on a whim like that. My kids would want to be there everyday. I had to laugh because when I read "horses.horses.horses" immediately Meg Ryan popped into my head singing the "Jingle Bells" song from "Sleepless in Seattle." So,thank you, Paige, that song will be in my head for a while.

  11. How fun!!!

And you totally have to renew your passes! You will regret it if you don't. You have to take advantage of those last five months! When else are you going to have the opportunity to go whenever you'd like? It's not like your plan is to stay in CA after the Army, you know? ;-)

And yes, you definitely need a nursing cover! LOL! I friend made mine. :-) I got to choose the fabric though! ;-)

But putting the blanket over your head while you get situated? BRILLIANT!!! Why did I never think of that?!? LOL!
