The week of parties wrapped up with a "Pink & Gold" Bat Mitzvah that I worked at care of Amy. It was held at the SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills - swanky! They're even on top of the faux-taxidermy deer trend.
I briefly met up with Amy and JC - they were on their way to a Christmas party at Yahooooooo and they came to drop off the box o' goodies I needed. I set up my scrapbook nook, complete with 40 pages that Amy and I pre-made so alls I had to do was stick in the pictures and notes the guests wrote on for the Bat Mitzvah girl. Seriously, this is not called work, it's FUN!
Once I had everything squared away and ready to go, I walked around and took pictures before the party officially started.
Besides scrapbooking and photo ops, there were eyelash extensions:
A perfumery bar:
And basketball hoops/games:
No party is complete without custom seating arrangements and a dance floor!
I love that they hire official party dancers to come and boost the energy levels.
The kids danced the night away to music so loud I might be deaf. Just kidding. It's kinda fun to be amidst it - makes me feel young again.
And then there was a candy bar. I want some!
At the end of the night I handed valet my ticket and a young gentleman brought me my car. Makes me feel special :)
Even at 11pm at night, traffic is just crazy crazy crazy.
Gotta love LA :)
Such a fun night - I love working playing at these events!
Paige, your look in that photo is virtually identical to the ones Fox gives! Usually I think he takes after Chris, but here, the resemblance is uncanny.
ReplyDeleteThat is some bat mitzvah. Perfumery bar? What will these kids think up next? Haha.
that photo of you looks just like Fox! Oh wow!
ReplyDeleteYou have to watch the movie Keeping up with the Steins - it just reminds me of these lavish parties you get to go play at! Hehehehe
