On February 21st 2011 we went to Disneyland and then wanted to go to Slater's 50/50 in Anaheim for dinner because Chris saw it on Man v. Food and it's our life mission to eat at every place that Adam has been to. But the wait was too long so we left. On Thursday we found out a Slater's 50/50 had opened up in Pasadena and we were SO THERE! (FYI - 50/50 stands for 50% beef, 50% bacon patties).
It was a beautiful evening in Pasadena.

Despite the appealing menu options, Chris opted to design his own burger. I christened it the Chris-i-nator.

We ordered a side of fries with bacon ketchup and sweet potato fries with pumpkin sauce. So yummy. And then our burgers came. Holy macaroni.

Our friends the Millers came with us and Brian pretty much wanted to marry all the baconified concoctions - bacon ketchup, bacon burger, bacon salt (I kid you not).

Mmm...those burgers look delicious! Will have to try them next time I'm out in southern California!
