LOVELY DAY by Paige Evans
Journaling says: We got our 2013 family photos taken by Mary Ann Miner in the beautiful open fields of Germany. We love them!
How to: Punch hexagons from every paper in the Autumn Crisp line by American Crafts then adhere them across the top 2/3 of a robin's egg blue cardstock background. Remove one of the hexagons, outline the star with a white pen, the write journaling with a black pen. Drop gray spray mist on the top left and bottom right sides of the hexagons. Sprinkle buttons and stickers over the hexagons. Choose three photos to place across the bottom and have fun layering and tucking embellishments under and over the pictures. Slide a wooden leaf paper clip over the middle photo.
Supplies: Cardstock, patterned paper, buttons, paperclip, stickers, transparency overlay, adhesive: American Crafts; Spray mist: Studio Calico; Pens: American Crafts (black), Uniball Signo (white); Hexagon punch: Creative Memories

Journaling says: There isn't any journaling. We're on our way out the door in an hour so I only gave myself a half hour to make this layout! I'll probably add journaling later. And maybe a more distinct title.
How to: Use a die cut paper as a mask and paint white over it onto a woodgrain paper layout background, remove the mask, and let the layout dry. Trim patterned papers into pennants and layer then across the middle of the layout along with a trio of photos in the mix. Stitch across the banner. Create a cluster of embellishments on the top right and bottom left corners. Add additional die cuts, buttons, and stickers around the layout to decorate it and make it fun!
Supplies: Cardstock, patterned paper, buttons, paperclip, chipboard letters, stickers (puffy leaves, words), die cuts (fox, leaf), transparency overlays, adhesive: American Crafts; Die cut paper: Studio Calico; Paint: FolkArt; Sewing machine: Brother; Thread: Coats & Clark
That's all for now folks!
