Welcome to the American Crafts Valentine's Day 2014 Blog Hop!
I made TWO layouts about ❤ cuz I just couldn't stop at one!
LOVE LOVE XOXO by Paige Evans
Journaling says: Fox - I hope you always let me give you smooches on your sweet, big cheeks on your face! Cuz I love you so much!
How to: Die cut the Heart Pattern background from the left side of a white cardstock layout base. Trim 1/4" patterned paper strips from the new Daydreams line by Dear Lizzy for American Crafts. Place lines of foam adhesive on the back of the cardstock and adhere the paper strips across each row of hearts. Embellish the hearts with badges, wood veneer shapes, wood buttons, stickers, and enamel dots as shown. Layer a journaling card, photo, wood veneer cloud, bow die cut, sentiment die cut, and stickers on the bottom right corner and stamp the date of the photo below it. Journal on hand drawn lines above the cloud. Drop blue spray mist around three spots to create a visual triangle.
Supplies: Cardstock, patterned paper, badges, wooden buttons, wood veneer (bike, cloud, hot air balloon), enamel dots, vellum pocket, die cuts (bow, sentiment), journaling card, stickers (flowers, puffy heart, sentiment tab, "sweet"), roller date stamp, pen, stapler, adhesive: American Crafts; Spray mist: Studio Calico; Ink: StazOn; Die cut machine: Silhouette Cameo, heart cut file (Heart Pattern by Hero Arts #53808): QuicKutz

I'LL BE YOURS, & YOU'LL BE MINE by Paige Evans
Journaling says: How many different ways are there to express my love for you two? You are my light and my life. You mean the world to me. I'm so glad you were sent to me and I get to be your mom for time and all eternity! I love you!
How to: Trim 1/2" off the edges of a blue polka dot paper background then back the edges with robin's egg blue cardstock; distress the edges of the patterned paper. Place a rainbow of enamel dots on the bottom left corner. Cut a heart from white cardstock then use it as a reference to paint a larger white heart on the center of the layout. Weave 1/2" patterned paper strips across the cardstock heart, trim the excess, then sew the heart to the center of the layout. Place three photos on the right side and embellish with three of the same sentiment made from wood veneer and die cuts. Add a badge and wood buttons then place a Thickers and dimensional ampersand sticker title around one of the circle die cuts. Journal around the outside edge of the woven heart.
Supplies: Cardstock, patterned paper, badge, enamel dots, wooden buttons, wood veneer sentiment circle, sentiment die cuts, stickers (dimensional ampersand, foam letters, glitter foam letters), pen, adhesive: American Crafts; Paint: Americana; Sewing machine: Brother; Thread: Coats & Clark
