The One with Insta-Lately October 24th Edition

Friday, October 24, 2014

It's been over two months since my last "insta-lately" update! Here's a little bit of what we've been up to according to my phone and instagram (@paigetaylorevans):

Dreaming of hot weather again to enjoy ice cream cones - I'm afraid we've seen the last of the sun for this year! This was from our day trip to Karlovy, Vary in the Czech Republic.

We went to Kraków, Poland. That was a fantastic trip with lots of cool sight-seeing!

Grammed a picture of one of my mom's darling tassel garlands! Doing anything and everything I can to promote her little shop :)
The stitching on this layout took four hours - totally worth it :)

Me'n'my guy. Mouth full of bread and all.

This girl. She'll be the death of me! But I love her so :)

Fox and his spooktacular Halloween quilt made especially for him by @thatswhatlindseymade

Grumpy Jane. See. Told you she'll be the death of me!

Thoroughly enjoyed reading Goodnight June by Sarah Jio for the Noble Paiges Book Club back in August.

The dining room table is my scrap space - that way I can work on things a little here and a little there throughout the day.

Looking up at the Schloss Fantaisie on another day trip.

Cute Bavarian village.

Sometimes he prefers Jane's toys and that's A-OK!

One of the last pics of me with long hair - I chopped it! Keep scrolling.

Chris celebrated his 10 year anniversary of leaving on his mission to Tacloban, Philippines.

Über cute building in Vilseck, Germany. Mint green and pink flowers!

It was a pink shirt kind of day.

Fox started soccer! I'm a soccer mom!

How handsome is this dude?

All day er' day. Play play play.

Received my order from Stephanie Bryan's shop called Stephanie Makes! Need to make some time to dive into these beauties.

Stitched paper leaves.

Emma Hughes is 13 years old and scraplifted one of my layouts - isn't she awesome?

Flea marketing in Nuremberg with my favorite girlies!

Pre-church photos of the kiddos.

The PINK couch. 'Nuf said.

Vintage Christmas bits and baubles from an antique shop 20 minutes away.

This is the main square in Grafenwöhr. Gosh I love it here.

Kits all ready to go to teach my workshop at Scrapbook Werkstatt!

Pretty patterned paper triangles.

Jaaaaaane.

Scrapbook Werkstatt aka Heaven on Earth.

Touring the super duper stinkin' cute Gelnhausen, Germany with some scrappy friends!

Finally was able to bust out my Halloween Polish pottery that I got back in February from Bolesławiec, Poland!

Happy World Card Making Day 2014! Well, it was back on October 4th anyway :)

Oh to be 2! PS - that's our church in the background, very different looking from the LDS chapels in the states! But its claim to fame is it used to be a bar where Elvis Presley sang when he was stationed here in Grafenwöhr back in 1958.

Chris' parents came to visit so we took them on a day trip to Prague. Yes, we can day trip to Prague. #spoiledrotten

I also took Tom & Margi to Speinshart Monastery - this jewel is only 10 minutes away! COME VISIT!

We got our family photos taken by the amazingly talented Summer Lavine for our 2014 Christmas cards. Can't wait to share them all!

A lil' peek-a-"boo" for a layout coming out next week! Eeeeek!

I chopped my hair. Well, I myself didn't, but Chelsi did! And I feel 10 pounds lighter!

Last Saturday was a BEAUTIFUL fall day at the United States Army Garrison Bavaria. The leaves are all wonderful colors of red, orange, yellow, and brown and the sun was shining just so on the water tower.

Another labor of love! Can't wait to share on Monday!

Pretty in pink in Prague.

LOVE this string art piece I ordered from Nailed It String Art. I'm pretty much obsessed with Halloween and set up this entire backdrop just to take a picture of it to gram :) And the tassel garland was made by my mother dearest - check out her etsy shop!

Step 1 - die cut feathers. Check! Step 2 - figure out how to use all of them on a layout! Coming soon!

These two. Can't live with them. Can't live without them.

And that's what we've been up to the last couple months in a nutshell!
