The One with the Elle's Studio February 2015 Layout

My second step-by-step project for Elle's Studio is up! Here is the layout in full, but be sure to visit the Elle's Studio blog for the whole nine yards.

I tried to use as many of the Elle's Studio February 2015 kit and coordinating supplies as possible. The big heart-shape itself is one of the hearts found in the February Digital Cut Files, enlarged, cut with my Silhouette CAMEO, and traced.

Then I filled in the heart with as many cards, tags, labels, journaling spots, and more from the February kit as I could. I cut elements out, trimmed things down, and made them fit.

In the empty spaces I added wood veneer and stamping.

Some hand stitching to help define the heart, three mini alphabet titles around the heart, and splatters of white paint, and I called it good.
