Just like our last big road trip (we declared it the Croatian Vacation) Jay and Haylie are meeting us once again for what is sure to be an epic adventure all around Southern Spain!
Do ya have any tips for Malaga, Marbella, Gibraltar, Tangier, Arcos, Ronda, Sevilla, Cordoba, or Granada?
Granada is so very beautiful :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great adventure,
have fun!

I've visited Malaga once. I really liked that city and for me it felt like that it was like Barcelona in mini size :) We rented a house one summer near Marbella and there was this small town called Puerto Banus near too. That town was something totally different! It has been described as Spain's Monaco. The bay was full of big yachts and the city was full of fancy cars :D Hope you will have a nice road trip!
ReplyDeleteMy family visited Southern Spain 2 years ago and loved it! We only had 1 week, so it was hard to pack in all the sights, but Ronda was awesome! Here is a post from our trip http://wethreemothers.blogspot.com/2013/06/trip-to-spain.html
ReplyDeleteHave a great time!
The Alhambra at Granada is beautiful! It might be a bit boring for the kids but the Spanish tile in there is incredible and a great place to take photos ;) Granada is very pretty and unique. Sevilla is one of my favorite cities in Spain! The old Jewish section is my favorite- I can't remember the name now! It's a great place to take photos too. Lots of great shopping there. There's a water park near Seville- can't remember the name either my kids and hubby went- Southern Spain is VERY hot in the summer. There's a bullfighting ring and little costumes for the kids you can buy - mine loved that. So jealous of your living in Europe!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a lot of fun! I have a friend who visited Spain quite a few years ago, but I can't remember what parts.
