Fantastic Mr. Fox is a whole whopping FIVE years old today!
I asked him these questions last year and here are his answers this year. It's funny that some of them are the exact same or just slightly different:

What is your favorite color? Blue
What is your favorite toy? Legos
What is your favorite food? Spaghetti
What is your favorite show? Toy Story Halloween
What is your favorite game? The robber video game like we play on the iPad
What is your favorite snack? Cereal
What is your favorite animal? Crocodile
What is your favorite book? German books (whaaaat? lol)
What is your favorite song? Follow the Prophet
What is your favorite holiday? Christmas
Who is your best friend? Aiden
What do you like to do outside? Cut some trees (he takes a pair of scissors and trims the plants for me)
What is your favorite drink? Brown sip (Dr. Pepper)
What do you want for dinner? Rice
What do you like for breakfast? Cheerios
What do you want to be when you grow up? A skeleton (hopefully not anytime soon!)
A day in the life of Fox:
7am - wake up
7:15am - eat cheerios "with no milk" for breakfast
8:30am-1:30pm - pre-school. He loves his teacher and his friends.
2:00pm - quiet time
4:00pm - build a lego, play with toys, read books
5:00pm - dinner
5:30pm - play with Dad
7:00pm - shower time
7:15pm - popcorn time!
7:30pm - bed time
I reeeealllly need to be better at writing down the funny things he says because he cracks me up at least once a day. Note to self: be better at recording! Here are the three I officially have:

4.19.15 - This is hilarious and sad. I was gone one day teaching a scrapbooking class. Fox saw a picture of me on Facebook on the computer and he said, "Hey that's mommy! I remember her."

4.21.15 - "I like Amsterdam, the Eiffel Tower, and Disneyland."

7.20.15 - I put on some pink lipstick. Fox said, “You look pretty. You look like Grandma.”

**********

This morning Fox woke up before the sun even rose, he was so excited. We sang him "Happy Birthday" and then the kids ate cupcakes for breakfast. Yup.
Sugar high at 6:30 in the morning!
Then Fox opened up his prezzies from us and both sets of grandparents.
I had fun "customizing" plain orange wrapping paper with black pen doodles. Fox super appreciated it too... :)
After lunch I took some sugar cookies to Fox's class for them to decorate.
For dinner we went to the food court and got his favorite meal: chicken, fries, and brown sip!
Happy birthday Fox! We love you so much and the joy you are in our lives! Thanks for making us parents 5 whole years ago!
