Chris took the kids to downtown Birmingham, England to check out the National Sea Life Centre while I was teaching.
Built in 1996, the aquarium holds over 2,000 incredible creatures from penguins to sharks to sea turtles.
It also has a pristine specimen of the rare Lego peg-leg pelican.

We have their aquarium here too! We love it! Great photos, I bet the kids had a blast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThey have little jellyfish aquariums now! I just saw it the other day (I think it might have been a kickstarter?). Anyway, they are round so that the jellyfish don't bump into sharp edges/corners. Super cute!
