The texture! The colors! The design! Oh my! Flóra Farkas really knocked the ball out of the park with her "leaves" themed page!
Hi ladies! It’s Flóra here sharing my newest layout created with Turn the Page collection. For today's "leaf" theme I thought it was a perfect time to try out Paige’s Dipped Leaves cut file. They instantly caught my eye in Paige's Silhouette cut files, the design is just adorable!
First I cut out the leaves from Paper 22 with my Silhouette Cameo, then I placed a wide paper stripe from the same pattern on white cardstock. I added the leaves on the patterned paper matching the colors. Some of the leaves hang down from the paper to make the pieced pattern more effective.

After I glued the leaves, I filled up the spaces between with Ephemera Die CutsChipboard Stickers, clear stickers from the Sticker Book, and Puffy Stickers using the tone-on-tone technique. I highlighted these elements with foam tape.

In the end I added my photo along with the title which I found on the Chipboard Stickers sheet. I decorated around with gold foiled stickers from the Sticker Book. I am so happy to finally use Paper 22! This paper is quite bold but using only a stripe from it is a great solution and is perfect for doing the tone-on-tone technique!

I hope you find today’s post inspiring! Head over to Paige’s cut files to get the pretty Dipped Leaves and document your seasonal memories!

Another page I want to lift! I never would have thought to only use a strip of the striped paper - I'm "all or nothing" when it comes to backgrounds haha!
