The holiday season is in full swing and I am so happy to be back with another layout and process video, this time for the 'Tis the Season YouTube series hosted by Audrey Yeager!
Here is the process video if you want to check out how this layout came to be:
I started by die cutting my Christmas Tree Floral cut file from white textured cardstock then I spent awhile backing it with papers mostly from my Turn the Page 6x6 Paper Pad. As long as I used some traditional red and green, I felt I could add in some pinks, blues, and yellows too! It works! :)

While I was adding mixed media to a patterned paper background that I didn't end up using, my Cameo was die cutting my Flourish Christmas Tree cut file from white textured cardstock. I layered the paper backed tree on top and changed my mind about the background and used they pretty gray patterned B-side of Paper 12 instead. I dropped Heidi Swapp Gold Color Shine and white acrylic paint across the background to add some whimsy.
Once the trees were in place it was just a matter of adding the rest of the "stuff!" Photo, title, journaling, embellishments, oh my! All supplies are from Turn the Page - I found anything that remotely went with Christmas and tried to add it in... and I love it!
I used dimensional adhesive a bunch to really make this page pop. I hope you are inspired to try out these cut files and make a Christmas page with Turn the Page! It's a fun challenge!

Here is the layout that Audrey made for her design team post today and coordinating YouTube video for her series! She says, "I LOVE LOVE this Christmas Village cut file so much! Perfect match for my photos! I backed the houses with kraft cardstock to look like gingerbread and added some Nuvo drops to make the white snow and embellish the houses a bit. I picked papers with shades of green from Paige's collections to back the Christmas trees."
