I love the pops of color on this pretty layout by Bea Valint created by backing my Flower Grouping cut file!
Backing cut files is my favorite scrapbooking technique since the day I bought my first Silhouette Cameo. I couldn’t resist using the gorgeous new Flower Grouping cut file on my new layout.
I cut out the flowers from white cardstock and backed the flowers and leaves with patterned papers from Pick-Me-Up. I used only two papers (Paper 10 and Paper 21) for adding various colors to my project.
When finished, I chose the beautiful Paper 06 as my background and placed the flower bouquet on the center. I adhered the photo at the top of the flowers using foam adhesive. To highlight the photo I cut out Paige’s lovely Frame cut file from white cardstock and added it to my page. I think this hand drawing design adds a special and unique look!
I felt I needed a little more movement on my layout so I arranged Stickers and Ephemera Die Cuts around the bouquet. To finish I added my journaling to the left side of the frame, vertically.
I hope you are inspired by this layout and I will be back soon, thank you!
SUPPLIES: PICK-ME-UP: Paper 02, Paper 06, Paper 10, Paper 21, Ephemera Die Cuts, Chipboard Thickers, Chipboard Stickers; Cut files: Frame and Flower Grouping by Paige Evans; Silhouette Cameo 3; white cardstock
