The Queen of Mini Albums, Stefanie Ried, is back with another gorgeous cute book to share with you today!
One of my favorite parts from the Pick-Me-Up collection is the Floral Transparency Paper.
I love transparent elements in mini books. I've already made a mini album from the transparency paper in Take Me Away. This time, I created the whole mini out of just one acetate paper as an accordion album and it worked great. I even have some left over.
The album is 3x4". Through the pockets I have 12 photos built into the album.
Matching the flowers, I filled the mini with photos from my mom's garden. She loves her flowers and spends a lot of time with my daughter there. I created this album as a birthday present for her.
The mini also has several pockets and two shaker bags filled with sequins. I decorated the album with stickers, buttons, tags, etc. from the Pick-Me-Up collection.
I embroidered the bags with needle and yarn so that you can see them better. I stitched the pages with the sequins closed with a sewing machine.
You can see how to make this mini album in a process video:
And here are some more photos of the mini album for you!
I hope you enjoyed it and also wanted to include the Floral Transparency Paper in your next project!
