This layout features my Bend Up Flower Petals Background cut file. It takes the Silhouette Cameo 3 machine a few minutes to cut the design and then once it's finished you bend up the petals, back it with a patterned paper, embellish a little bit, and voila, you're done! So quick & easy and beautiful results!
Here I used my Pick-Me-Up collection and backed the file with the B-side of Paper 21 with all of the rectangles of solid colored patterns. I love how you can see the colors peeking through behind the flower petals. Then I splashed watercolors over the background to add more color. I embellished a lot of the petals with tiny bits from Pick-Me-Up like Chipboard Stickers, Puffy Stickers, Rub-Ons, and sequins from the Haberdashery Multi-Pack.
To finish I clustered a photo over a fussy-cut pennant from Paper 13, added a floral Ephemera Die Cut, floral Puffy Sticker, and a couple Chipboard Stickers. I wrote my journaling with a .03 black precision pen around the curve inside the middle opening.
I hope this layout inspires you to head over to my Paige's Process class at Big Picture Classes and check out the start-to-finish process video and pick up the cut file!
