Hi everyone, Jana here with you today and I have a new fall layout to share. Fall is my favorite time of the year and so I was looking for a matching cut file I found this awesome Branch Wreath and I knew exactly what I wanted to create. The picture shows a beautiful foggy sunrise from a very cold fall morning a few years back.
I have this cute stamp and die set with all the different leaves and so I started with a lot of stamping. I used watercolors as my stamping ink and they turned out great. I used the Pick-Me-Up Chipboard Thickers as my color guide. I also used the Layered Flower cut file to create some flowers in matching colors.
Because of all the colors I wanted to use I decided to cut the Branch Wreath on white cardstock but used a light colored patterned paper from the Pick-Me-Up 12x12 Paper Pad as my background. I added a thin layer of white acrylic paint underneath the wreath and also added some matching colored splatters.
I used a lot of 3D foam tape for dimension because I don't wanted to lose the real look of the leaves and I really love a lot of dimension on my projects. I really love how this turned out. I can't wait for the falling leaves and some family walks!
