Whimsical Ladies Layout by Cristina Sales

Wednesday, November 7, 2018

Hi friends! Cristina here today with a new layout to share with you. I received the beautiful Whimsical collection by Paige and this is my first page I made with it. It’s really a gorgeous collection with a lot of embellishments, papers, and alphabets.
It was hard to pick which paper to start with first because I love them all! So I decided to follow my heart and chose the one that is probably my favorite - the floral paper with gold foil accents in the 12x12 Paper Pad.

I chose a beautiful Flower cut file by Paige and I cut it with my Silhouette Cameo using white cardstock. I cut it in different sizes to create a kind of bouquet. Once I chose the photos, I decided to add the various flowers and leaves fussy cut from the floral paper.

Once the pictures were cut out with a round punch all that remained to do was to add the various decorations. I opted for some Chipboard Stickers to take advantage of the thickness and created the alternating layering that is my favorite way to create my composition. I created my title using the lovely "Whimsical" word from the Chipboard Stickers and the Foam Mini Thickers in pink. The final touch is some drops of Heidi Swapp Gold Color Shine at the opposite ends of the composition.

Thanks for stopping by and see you in my next post!

  1. Outstanding Cristina ! I love how you bumped everything up to the left and concentrated the goodness there. The little round photo's echo the cute buttons and I really noticed that too! Cute cute cute! Cheers

  2. thank you Kelly you're really lovely…. I don't know why in my pages I ever have to leave many blank space all around the picture… maybe I have to think there is space to fill in or only space to take big breaths… :)
