Guest Designer | Daisie Hanson

Hi everyone! My name is Daisie Hanson and I’m excited to be Paige's guest designer for April. You can find me on Instagram, YouTubeFacebook, and Pinterest. I love using cut files on my layouts and can’t get enough of Paige’s collections so this was a perfect excuse to play with both!
For my first layout I used the Folded Circles cut file along with the 2x2 cut apart sheets from Whimsical and Take Me Away to cut out a ton of these circles. Both of these collections go beautifully together. I decided to alternate the circles with either the design in the center or on the outer edge and place them in rainbow order. I then decorated using Puffy Stickers from Whimsical and some fussy cut sequins from Take Me Away.
The second layout I used the Butterfly cut file and the watercolor paper from Horizon. This is such a beautiful and delicate butterfly that I wanted to show it off. I chose to put my picture in the center and have the butterflies flying out of it. They are so soft and lovely! I used some of the off cuts from the cut file to put triangles in the corners. I was able to use some extra butterflies I had on my desk from the Butterfly Background cut file as embellishments.
The third layout I created using the Daisy cut file. I’m so partial to daisies because they are the friendliest flower! I duplicated the file in the Silhouette Design Studio and welded them together. I used the white glitter paper from the Horizon Project Pad to cut the daisies. I backed the flowers with vellum and the green paper from the Project Pad. I used the blue ombré paper from the Horizon 12x12 Paper Pad as my background. I finished it off with some of the stickers from the Project Pad and some of the tiny white Mini Thickers from Pick-Me-Up. Thanks for stopping by!
