Hello and welcome to a layout from me, Stefanie Ried made with Paige's beautiful new collection Horizon. This time I wanted to include lots of different papers in my layout. For this technique, sun rays are perfect. I haven't used this technique for a project in a long time. But it was finally time again.
I picked out the papers first. I wanted to make it colorful! The photo is older - I found it in a box the last time I cleaned it up and the shape was great for trimming it too into a sun ray.
I first created a template for the beams. I used white paper and then placed the rays on my patterned paper and cut them out. Then I decorated the rays with Stickers, Epoxy Stickers, Chipboard Stickers, number Thickers, journaling, and cut out motifs.
Many thanks for stopping by, see you next time!
