Hello everyone! Erica Thompson here (you can find me on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook) and I am super excited to be the Guest Designer this month using Paige's cut files! I love working with cut files and you can find them on just about all of my projects. I am sharing three projects with you today and I hope you leave this post today feeling inspired and ready to create!
For my first layout I used the Lace Border cut file. I cut it out once with white cardstock and a second time with papers from the Horizon collection. The second cut is the backing for the cut file.

I adhered the two pieces together using a very small amount of glue. I then placed them on a piece of white cardstock and then ran them through my sewing machine with some pink thread. I love the added texture the thread gives the layout. I embellished with a mix of ephemera and stickers from a couple different Paige Evans collections.
On the second layout I used the Awesome cut file and backed it with papers from the Whimsical collection.
I wanted to document this photo I took with Paige when I attended CHA now known as Creativation. Once I had the cut file backed I popped it up with some foam adhesive. I pulled out all of the Whimsical Floral Die Cuts and created a floral frame around the page.

For my final layout I used the Baubly Heart cut file and backed it with papers from the Pick-Me-Up collection. I absolutely love this collection.
I positioned the backed cut file to the left of my background paper and let some of the hearts fall off the page. I trimmed off the extra bit of cut file and added two colorful strips of paper to the left and right of my paper. I placed my photo towards the bottom right of the cut file and then embellished around my photos Rub-Ons. I added some Ephemera Die Cuts, Stickers, and also an epoxy flair from Scrappin Happy Studio. To finish off this layout I added some of the Puffy Stickers and journaling using my Typecast Typewriter.
