Autumn Planner Dashboard by Mik Godinho

Hi friends! It’s Mik here from Papermiks with a new blog entry. Autumn is coming and I love fall colors so I’ve chosen the amazing Truly Grateful collection and the Autumn With Stitching Holes cut file to make my new dashboard.
I started by die cutting the Autumn With Stitching Holes cut file on my Silhouette Cameo 3 from white cardstock. To cut the letters I’ve separated the file - I selected it, right clicked, and ungrouped the sewing file to place the letters in three rows of two letters.

I cut the letters from the leafy Paper 23 and embroidered with white thread. It took about an hour and a half to do the hand stitching. Once the background was stitched, I attached the letters using 3D foam squares because I love the dimension and shadows it creates. Now with my background ready I started to decorate my dashboard with Floral Die CutsEpoxy Stickers, and Puffy Stickers.
To make the other page I used an 8 1/4 x 6 1/8 piece of white cardstock. I cut a 5 x 2” hole in the middle, glued a striped paper from the 6x8 Paper Pad, and decorated with Floral Die CutsEphemera Die Cuts, and enamel hearts from the Mixed Embellishments.

I hope you’ve gotten some inspiration from this idea and enjoyed it! If you have any questions or want to talk more about planner dashboards, leave a comment below or check out my IG account. Thanks for stopping by and have a creative day!

  2. Hi Mik! Honestly, I adore everything you do. It's clean but colourful and that's sometimes hard to do. The little squirrel on the T in Autumn is perfectly cute there too! Cheers dear xK
