Hey guys, it's Lilly Sanchez, welcome back to the blog. Have you guys been enjoying the fall season so far? I most definitely am glad to be feeling much cooler weather lately in my area. Today I have a super fun project share. If you follow my social media you know I have been in a MemoryDex card making mood. I have made tons and I just never seem to get bored of them. So today I decided to show you guys some MemoryDex cards I made using the Truly Grateful collection and a couple of Paige’s envelope cut files.
I love these envelopes, they are so cute and super fancy. I sized Envelope 1 and Envelope 2 on my Cricut down to 4" so they can fit in any spinner. Papers I used are Paper 11 and Paper 12. I cut off the bottom flap so I can attach an extra piece where I can punch the holes to make it a MemoryDex card.
I then stitched all around the card for added texture and of course reattach the flap. To decorate the envelope cards I used the Ephemera Die Cuts, Puffy Stickers, Epoxy Stickers, and Wooden Buttons.
For the last finishing touches I added a tassel and a heart charm from the Oh My Heart collection. And that’s it! These super cute envelope MemoryDex cards are ready to be filled with treats for your penpals. One of my favorite things about cut files is you always have the option to resize them to your specific needs.
Thank you for joining me on the blog today, I hope you guys recreate my project and most definitely check out all of Paige’s fun cut files. Until next time, happy crafting!
