Scrappers Planner Dashboard by Mik Godinho

Hi friends! It’s Mik here from Papermiks. On December 24th Paige gifted us all a lovely cut file in her Facebook group, Happy Scrappy Place. Did you see it? It's a cut file called Scrappers Gonna Scrap. As soon as I saw it I decided to make a new dashboard using the beautiful Whimsical collection.
I started by die cutting the file from white cardstock using a Silhouette Cameo. I backed the letters with Paper 10 and decorated it with some Puffy Stickers. While the cut file was drying, I took another white cardstock to make my dashboard. I cut it to 8 1/4 x 6 1/8" to make the background. For some texture, I stitched around the page and then painted it with watercolors to match the collection papers and create a background. Once the background was dry, I glued some pieces of
Paper 05 and made some hand stitching around them.

I also used a reinforce hole punch to add color and protect my dashboard. Then I attached the cut file using 3D foam squares for a pinch of dimension. Next up I used Floral Die CutsStickersChipboard StickersEphemera Die Cuts, and Puffy Stickers to decorate and finish my colorful and “scrapper dashboard”.

I hope you got some inspiration from this idea and enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by and have a creative day!

  1. Hi Mik, this makes me smile! It's fun and colourful and so full of detail. All the cute embellishments are perfect with this cut file! The stitching adds that extra special bit of scrapy love <3 xK
