Penpals Planner Dashboard by Mik Godinho

Thursday, November 12, 2020

Hi friends! It’s Mik from Papermiks here! It’s time to change my Penpal’s dashboard so today I'll show you how I used Paige's Go the Scenic Route collection and Envelope Flowers cut file to make my brand new dashboard.

I started by die cutting the Envelope Flowers from white cardstock on my Silhouette Cameo. I backed the envelope, flowers, and hearts with Paper 3Paper 5Paper 6Paper 9, and Paper 14.

To make my background I cut a rectangle to 9x7” from white cardstock in which I glued two pieces of Paper 18. I also used a Stitch Happy Sewing Machine to stitch around the page and then painted it with pink watercolors to match the collection papers and finish the background.

I glued the Envelope Flowers on the background and started embellishing the dashboard. Now the fun starts! I really love this part. Here I used Ephemera Die CutsFlag PaperclipsEnamel Dots, and Cardstock Stickers to decorate my Penpal’s dashboard.

I hope you’ve got some inspiration from this idea and enjoyed it! If you have any questions or want to talk more about planners, leave a comment or check out my IG account. Thanks for stopping by and have a creative day!
