Merry Christmas Planner Spread by Mik Godinho

Mik from Papermiks here! It’s Christmas time! The best season of the year! Today I'll show you how I used the gorgeous Go the Scenic Route collection to make a double page spread for my planner using Paige's Christmas Trees Border cut file. You could make the same spread for your December Daily!

I started by die cutting the Christmas Trees from Paige's 25 Days of Christmas Cut Files from white cardstock on my Silhouette Cameo. To make the background, I cut two rectangles to 8.5 x 7” from white cardstock and two pieces of 5 3/8 x 6 7/8” from Paper 13. Then I used a bit of gesso to bring the look of snow to my page. Once the gesso was dry I made the title “Merry Christmas” using the colorful Foam Thickers.

I backed the trees with a rainbow of patterned papers from Go the Scenic Route. I glued the trees on the background and started embellishing the dashboard using enamel and gold stars.

I hope you got some inspiration from this idea and enjoyed it! If you have any question or want to talk more about planners, leave a comment or check out my IG account! Thanks for stopping by and have a creative day!
