Hi paper lovers! Jennifer Rambert back today with a colorful layout full of flowers for the Paige Evans Cut File Design Team using Wonders and her Flower Circle cut file. I wanted a very colorful and flowery page and this file was just perfect for that.
I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut out the Flower Circle cut file and used patterned papers from the 6x8 Paper Pad and Paper 20 in pink / yellow / orange tones to trace, cut out, and fill in the flowers. I then used white cardstock for the background, which I coated with clear gesso before adding a lot of pink / yellow Shimmerz. I glued the cut file onto the inked area along with pieces of cardboard to add dimension.
I layered Paper 1 and Paper 13 behind the photo then sewed with gold thread through the title "My Favorite" from the Epoxy Phrase Stickers. I added Floral Die Cuts on the side of the photo and above as well as on the cut file for more dimension.
I completed my layout with a "Happy" Chipboard Sticker and "Sweet" and "Daydreamer" Cardstock Stickers as well as a sentiment Ephemera Die Cut which I love the quote on my cut file next to the flowers. And I finished with gold paint splatter for even more shine!
Hope this will inspire you for a future project! I loved how this color combo turned out and flowers are always a great idea for a pretty layout! Thanks for stopping by and have a creative day!
