Here is one of my two layouts that appeared in the Scrapbook & Cards Today Summer 2021 issue using my Travel Explore Adventure cut file and Wonders collection!
I started by having my Silhouette Cameo cut the "explore" word (it's a bunch of holes for stitching!) from the dark blue solid paper found in the Project Pad. I used a rainbow ombre thread from Michaels to chain stitch the word.
Next I die cut the "travel" word three times from white cardstock and glued them together to create a thicker word. I adhered the word above the stitched "explore". Then I die cut the "adventure" word also from white cardstock and used the solid papers found in the Project Pad to back the letters and create a rainbow word which I then adhered below the "explore".
I added four small square photos across the bottom and then it was like putting together a puzzle, trying to piece other words and sentiments across the top 2/3 of the layout. I used Thickers, Epoxy Phrase Stickers, and 6x12 Cardstock Stickers and filled in some of the bigger open gaps with Puffy Stickers. To finish, I wrote journaling with a white pen above the photos.
