The 19th of the 20 Days of Halloween Cut Files went out to those who purchased them and here is a lovely layout made with today's Pumpkin Doily cut file by Design Team member Kylie Kingham! She says, "I used Paige’s Wonders collection to complete this layout. A floral background was adhered behind the Pumpkin Doily to add subtle pops of color!"
