The 21st of the 30 Days of Boy Cut Files went out to those who purchased them and here are two layouts created with today's Expressions Cut File!
For my page today I cut the Expressions Cut File from white cardstock and cut the inner pieces from papers in the Indigo & Ivy collection by Pink Paislee. I added the cut file onto a mint striped background and then adhered the inner pieces on top with foam squares for dimension. I added three small, round photos of Fox being silly in the snow on the page and embellished with sentiment stickers at different orientations to match the wonkiness of the cut file. To finish I wrote journaling with a black pen down the right edge of the layout.
Design Team Member Lisa Fonseca created this super awesome layout! She says, "To scrap a photo of me and my brother, I used the Expressions Cut File. I wanted to use boyish colors and went for red, yellow, grays, and blues. I kept the inner parts of the letters and painted them with watercolors. I let them dry and then I 'puzzled' them back into the holes of the cut file after I adhered it to a patterned paper from Bungalow Lane. I matted my photo on some scraps of paper and then used star Embossed Puffy Stickers and a few stickers from the 8-Page Sticker Book to embellish a bit."
