The 4th of the 30 Days of Boy Cut Files went out to those who purchased them and here are three layouts created with today's Circles Background Cut File!
Design Team Member Audrey Mutschall created this cool page! She says, "For this layout I used white cardstock for the cut file and then made an offset from black cardstock to set behind the white layer. I filled the four open circles of the cut file with photos of my boys in matching Superman outfits and then used patterned papers in coordinating colors to back the rest of the cut file. I used blues, reds, and yellows from the Pick-Me-Up, Oh My Heart, Horizon, Truly Grateful, and Hey Santa digital collections. After backing the cut file I added some printed embellishments and then cut out some lightning bolts for a little added dimension and fun! For the background I spread black acrylic paint onto bubble wrap then pressed this onto white textured cardstock. I wanted to create a ‘comic book’ feel and this was an easy way to do that!"
Design Team Member Yui Oku created this adorable layout! She says, "Usually I choose white cardstock to cut cut files and back them with colorful papers. But this time, I wanted to make a cool layout for cool photos! I decided to use Paper 3 from Bungalow Lane to cut out the design - it has a lot of patterns and is so fun! I chose a dark blue background for cool layout. I chose the dark blue B-side from Paper 10 for the background and added a bunch of pieces from the 8-Page Sticker Book."
