Summer Cut File 13 of 24: Summer Summer Summer

The 13th of the 24 Days of Summer Cut Files was just sent out and here are 2 layouts made with today's Summer Summer Summer Cut File!

Design Team Member Noelle Culp created this fantastic layout! She says, "I still absolutely LOVE the rainbow starburst paper from the Horizon collection, it is so bright and colorful that I just knew I wanted to  use it on this summer layout featuring today's Summer Summer Summer Cut File. I cut the whole backing for the cut file from that paper and then I used similar colors in Distress Oxides to make colorful rays on the background. I added a few watercolor splashes and tore the remaining strips of the rainbow paper to add to the top and bottom of the page. Around the photo I added a few clusters of flower die cuts and some sentiment stickers. I also used the Thickers from the Splendid collection to add the word 'finally'.  Around here we can't wait for summer so we can go out on the lake!"

She says, "I wanted to make a bright summer layout with today's Summer Summer Summer Cut File so I searched for the perfect colors from past collections by Paige. The pink paper is from Oh My Heart, the yellow paper is from Pick-Me-Up, and the blue paper is from Go the Scenic Route. The embellishments are from Pick-Me-Up. I wanted to use a vertical photo, so I turned the cut file sideways!"
