Summer Cut File 18 of 24: Palm Tree

The 18th of the 24 Days of Summer Cut Files was just sent out and here are 2 layouts made with today's Palm Tree Cut File!

Design Team Member Lisa Fonseca created this bright and summery layout! She says, "I just love today's Palm Tree Cut File and it looks soooo good when backed with all the summer colors! I used red, orange, yellow, pink, and blue patterned papers from Splendid to back the waves. For the palm tree I used green papers and some brown cardstock from my stash. I don't know why, but I immediately thought of adding pom poms to the circle the moment I had the cut file cut out - and it turned out so cute and fun! To embellish I added Floral Die Cuts topped with Buttons, a bee Chipboard Sticker, and some tiny bees and sentiment stickers from the 8-Page Sticker Book. I used Thickers and an Epoxy Sticker for my title and I love it!"

Design Team Member Noelle Culp created this gorgeous layout! She says, "For this page I wanted to use sunset colors over the waves so I backed today's Palm Tree Cut File with warm-toned papers from both the Splendid and Horizon collections. For the waves I used blue papers from the Horizon collection. I added Floral Die Cuts, a Heart Paper Clip, butterfly Cardstock Stickers, and pieces from the 8-Page Sticker Book along with some sentiments from Horizon. I then splashed watercolors and white acrylic paint all over the page and added a title that I cut out on the Cameo from various colored papers."
