Design Team Member Yui Oku created this stunning layout! She says, "For today's Seashells Frame Cut File I immediately decided to use a large, beautiful Hawaiian sea photo. I wanted to make a clean and simple layout and I thought the Summer Lights collection from Pink Paislee was perfect! I painted the cut file with watercolors and added glitter using Stickles for some sparkle and shine!"
