The 8th of the 24 Days of Summer Cut Files was just sent out and here are 2 layouts made with today's Popsicles Cut File!
Design Team Member Audrey Mutschall created this adorable layout! She says, "I always have an abundance of popsicle-eating photos so I was excited to use this adorable Popsicles Cut File to document one of my kids’ favorite summer activities! I used white cardstock to cut out two of each of the popsicles for 14 popsicles in total. I reduced the size just slightly to make sure I could fit them in a circular arrangement and still have room for a photo in the middle. I backed each popsicle with patterned papers from the Splendid collection using a variety of papers from the 12x12 Paper Pad and the 2x2 Paper Pads, as well as a woodgrain paper for the popsicle sticks. I cut my photo into a semicircle about four inches in size, added a strip of gold-foiled paper from the 6x8 Paper Pad, and a strip of Washi Tape to fill in the bottom section of the circle. I arranged the photo and popsicles onto a pre-made Vicki Boutin background paper with gold foil accents; I loved how the dark background brought out the vibrant colors of the popsicles. Lastly, I embellished the popsicles with some puffy dots, hearts, and sentiments from my stash of supplies. I hope this inspires you to enjoy some popsicles and document those memories with this adorable Popsicles Cut File!"
