The 6th of the 20 Days of Autumn Cut Files is Fall Pennants and was just emailed out and the file uploaded to the secret folder!
Here is a layout and a mini album made with today's Fall Pennants from the 20 Days of Autumn Cut Files:
Design Team Member Heidi Lewis says, "This year’s 20 Days of Autumn Cut Files are so cute that I’ve been trying to make as many projects as I can with them! If only I had more scrappy hours lol. If you’re pressed for time like me, this layout comes together pretty quickly. I cut each Pennant from a different Garden Shoppe paper and arranged them in rainbow order. I added 2x2 photos, Thickers for the title, and Washi Tape bows to every other pennant. Lastly, I added tone-on-tone Cardstock Stickers and pieces from the 8-Page Sticker Book. Hope you feel inspired to use this cut file!"

Design Team Member Amber Mitchell created this amazing mini album! She says, "The Fall Pennants Cut File is both super cute and easy to work with! The images were easy to back and the final project just radiates all of those fun fall vibes!
I kept the pages simple. I first cut the pennants from white cardstock then backed the images using patterned papers from Garden Shoppe and machine stitched sheets of papers from the 12x12 Paper Pad to the back of each pennant to keep everything secure. This last step also adds an extra level of sturdiness to the album by thickening each page.
To create the covers, I traced and cut sheets of paper into the shape of the pennant pages. I used a cute grid paper from the collection and machine stitched along all of the squares on it to give the covers a quilted look.
Next, I punched holes into the tops of each pennant and used 1.25-inch white binder rings to bind my pages together.
To embellish the cover, I used one of my favorite cut files from Paige: Layered Flower and Leaves. I cut three different flowers in various sizes and created a cluster with them. I fussy cut flowers from Paper 2 and added them to the center of the layered flowers. I then added a small title using mini alpha stickers from one of Paige's past collections. To finish off the cover, I added leaves from both the Cardstock Stickers and the Foam Phrase Stickers.
When it came to embellishing the rest of the album, I first added 3 x 4-inch photo mats to the back of each pennant (minus one which I instead added an envelope to). I then used cards and tags from Paper 1 to create extra pages throughout the album. I opted to use these pages as journaling spaces by adding die cuts from the Ephemera Die Cuts.
Throughout the rest of the album, I created small embellishment clusters around the photo mats and in empty spaces using a mix of pieces from the Layered Stickers, 8-Page Sticker Book, Butterfly Stickers, and Floral Die Cuts.
As always, to finish off this project, I added a fun mix of tassels and charms. I clipped these onto one of the binder rings using a large lobster clasp and, with that, this album is ready for photos and memories!
Thanks so much for stopping by my post today! I'll see you next time with another fun project!
