Hi friends! Valerie Bisson here today and I’m happy to share a scrapbook layout with you using Paige's Flower Border from the 14 Valentine Cut Files & Friends Cut File, paired with mostly her Garden Shoppe & Splendid collections.
To start, I cut the Flower Border and Friends from white cardstock. For my page I used a combination of papers from Splendid, Garden Shoppe, and Horizon. I started with Paper 7 from Splendid for my background and then everything was layered on top creating a little flower garden for my photos. For a little variation I added dimensional foam adhesive to the Friends letters and in a few spots to lift the flower border. If you want to keep things simple on an intricate cut file just back it all in one pretty multicolored patterned paper like I did for the Flower Border. Next I added a couple of word sentiments from the Epoxy Stickers in Splendid. The I added a piece from Paper 1 and a sentiment from the 6x8 Paper Pad, both from Garden Shoppe. Finishing touches include paint splatters (even though I usually do them first) and a scattering of enamel dots from my stash complete my page.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope I’ve inspired you to try the Flower Border from the 14 Valentine Cut Files & Friends cut files!
