Hi friends! Heidi Lewis here on the blog today to share a fresh & springy layout. It’s still snowy outside in Idaho, but the bright colors of Blooming Wild will chase away all your winter blues.
To make this layout I cut Paige's Flower Background for Stitching Cut File onto cricket green cardstock. I used all 6 strands of DMC embroidery floss to chain link stitch each flower in a different color. I left one flower on the lower left hand side of the page blank as a placeholder for my photo. Once all my stitching was finished, I adhered a button from the Cardstock Stickers or Chipboard Stickers to the center of each flower. To fit the theme of the layout, I cut my photo into a floral shape with a metal die and then layered even more Floral Die Cuts behind the photo. My title matches the floral theme as well (I love going to extremes lol) and is made with holographic letters from the Sticker Book.
Hope this layout gives you some fresh inspiration to use Paige's Cut Files and Blooming Wild! Thanks for stopping by!
