Here is my final layout that was in the Spring 2023 issue of Scrapbook & Cards Today Magazine which you can download and browse for free HERE! I used my Blooming Wild collection and featured Paper 22 with the rainbow rays!
To make this page I used a triangle punch to make 24 of them from almost all of the wedges of color from Paper 22. I machine stitched with a matching color of thread around each triangle and then placed them in curved rows as banners across the grid B-side of Paper 5. I trimmed off 1/4" from every side of the background and framed it with a gutted piece of another piece of Paper 22 to create a super colorful border.
I placed a photo of Fox and his friends from his birthday part on the bottom left and then embellished across the tops of the pennants with a word Chipboard Sticker and Thickers to make the title. I embellished tone-on-ton on the pennants with button Cardstock Stickers and star enamel dots.
Above the photo I added a tab Chipboard Sticker and stamped the date on it. I tucked a tag Ephemera Die Cut and Journaling Spot under the right edge of the photo, wrote journaling with a blue pen on the tag, and then topped those pieces with a "celebrate" Ephemera Die Cut.
