Hello friends! Ashley Neu here to share my next project for the Paige Evans Cut File Design Team! This is officially the first layout that I was able to create with Paige’s brand new Blooming Wild collection and oh man, is this collection gorgeous or what?! I chose Paige's Sunshine & Rainbows Cut File to document my darling girls on a sunny day at the park.
To back the cut file, I grabbed the 6x8 Paper Pad and used foam adhesive to give it lots of dimension. Of course the word “rainbow” was backed in rainbow colors and the word “sunshine” was backed in a fun yellow ombre paper. I also backed the sun in a yellow paper and filled it with clear gems to help it really shine! To create the background, I used this beautiful rainbow grid paper from the 12x12 Paper Pad and cut it down to 7x12”. I also grabbed a floral green paper and a purple paper also from the 12x12 Paper Pad to add to the background. I punched grass out of the floral green paper and added that to the bottom of the grid paper. I used another punch to create a fun doily border out of that purple paper and adhered two of those alongside the grid paper. This was all adhered onto white cardstock. I adhered the cut file to the center of the grid paper while slightly tucking it under the grass border. I kept the embellishing simple by only adding in a rainbow from the Chipboard Stickers onto the rainbow of the cut file. Lastly, I added my photos and called this layout done!
Blooming Wild is definitely my new favorite collection from Paige! I can’t gush enough about how gorgeous and fun this collection really is! You definitely need it! I hope I’ve inspired you to create a fun and brightly-colored layout using this cut file from Paige!
